A twist to the age old pav bhaji
Nice idea!
Heat oil in a pan and add some cumin seeds. When they start to splutter add finely chopped onion saute for sometime then add ginger garlic paste fry till the raw smell goes then add Capsicum, mushroom and corn niblets to it.
fry these vegetables for 3-4 minutes and add finely chopped tomatoes. Add everest pav bhaji masala all the dry masalas and some salt to taste
saute for 30 seconds and add whole pack of maggie masala to it
add 2 cups of water and allow it to boil. When water starts boiling break the noodles into two parts and let them cook. Stir well while cooking and your tasty pav Bhaji maggie is ready to eat
Garnish with grated cheese and serve with masala aloo and masala buns
