ABOUT PALAK PANEER RECIPE

Fresh Spinach greens cooked with aromatic herbs and combined with Paneer make this a wonderful and tasty offering.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oil
  2. Chopped Garlic
  3. Spinach Puree
  4. Onion
  5. Tomato
  6. Masala
  7. Spice Mix
  8. Paneer
  9. Salt
  10. Butter

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic saute for thirty seconds. Add spinach puree and cook for two minutes.
  2. Add onion tomato masala and cook for one minute. Add Chef’s spice mix and salt to taste. Cook for one minute.
  3. Add paneer cubes and stir well. Add butter (optional) and mix well. Cook for a minute and remove from flame.
  4. Transfer the palak paneer to a serving bowl.
