Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. sabudana 1/2 cup
  2. milk 1 liter
  3. sugar 1 tbsp or to taste
  4. saffron 2 to 4 thread
  5. chopped almonds 1 tbsp
  6. chopped walnuts 1 tbsp
  7. melon seeds 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the sabudana for 1 hour.
  2. Boil the milk and turn the flame on sim/low, add sabudana and cook till the consistency become thickened.
  3. Soak the saffron in 1 tbsp milk. Dry roast the melon seeds on a pan.
  4. Add chopped nuts and saffron and cook for 5 minutes more.
  5. Garnish with melon seeds, serve chilled.
