Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  5. Ghee 2 tsp
  6. Curd 2 tbsp
  7. Warm water as required
  8. Butter for greasing
  9. kalonji 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix maida salt, sugar, baking powder and curd
  2. knead the dough by adding little water and add ghee knead very well
  3. Prepare soft dough and rest it for 4-5 hrs.
  4. After then make medium sized balls of dough
  5. put some coriander on surface of the top and roll the dough balls like chapati.
  6. Each naan should not be thin like chapati. It should be little bit thicker than chapati
  7. put some kalonji on top of naan and cook on tawa on both sides and grease with butter.
