Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. French Beans cut fine 2 cups
  2. Soaked Moong dal 1 cup
  3. Dry red chilli two /three broken
  4. For Tadka: Rai, urad dal, hing, kadhi patta
  5. Fresh Coconut 2 tbs
  6. Salt
  7. Coconut oil or any oil of choice

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop french beans fine
  2. You have to soak moong daal ahead of time
  3. Heat oil, add rai, urad dal, hing, red chilli and kadhi patta and let it splutter
  4. Add soaked dal and cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add cut beans and saute on low flame
  6. Add fresh coconut salt, sugar and saute for another 6 to 7 minutes
  7. Remove from gas and serve
