Ingredients to make Maggi potato cutlets

  • 1 packet boiled maggi
  • 1/2 tsp Maggi masala
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbs cornflour
  • 1 tbs gram flour
  • 2 tbs bread crumbs
  • 1/2 chopped green chilli
  • Piri piri seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Maggi potato cutlets

  1. Boil and strain Maggi and keep aside.
  2. Boil and mash two potatoes.
  3. Take a big bowl add all the ingredients as mentioned above and make it into a dough like.
  4. Make small cutlet shapes and shallow fry both sides until crisp and golden fry.
