Maggi potato cutlets

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet boiled maggi
  2. 1/2 tsp Maggi masala
  3. 2 boiled potatoes
  4. 2 tbs cornflour
  5. 1 tbs gram flour
  6. 2 tbs bread crumbs
  7. 1/2 chopped green chilli
  8. Piri piri seasoning
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
  10. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Boil and strain Maggi and keep aside.
  2. Boil and mash two potatoes.
  3. Take a big bowl add all the ingredients as mentioned above and make it into a dough like.
  4. Make small cutlet shapes and shallow fry both sides until crisp and golden fry.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
