Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi packet 1 small
  2. Tomato 1 chopped
  3. Carrot 1 small grated
  4. Corn kernels 2 tablespoon boiled
  5. Cucumber 1 chopped
  6. Hung curd 2 tablespoon
  7. salt as per taste
  8. Black pepper powder a pinch
  9. sugar 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take maggi in a deep pan, add water and boil for 2 minute
  2. drain the water.
  3. in a bowl take hung curd add salt, sugar, maggi tastemaker and black pepper powder
  4. wisk well.
  5. add chopped cucumber, tomato, corn kernels and carrot
  6. now add cooked maggi
  7. mix well and garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate pearl.
  8. enjoy maggi in Maharastrian style
