Ingredients to make Aam Panna

  • 2 large sized raw mangoes
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • to taste black salt

How to make Aam Panna

  1. Wash and boil mangoes. Let them cool. Peel, mash and strain the pulp.
  2. Mix well till sugar is dissolved. Divide the mixture into four tall glasses, fill it up with chilled water.
  3. Stir well and serve
