ABOUT Maggi Baskets RECIPE

A dish which is crispy, cheesy and at the same time has my favourite maggi hidden inside it.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 pack of 10 rupees Maggie
  2. 8 slices of bread
  3. 2 finely chopped tomatoes​
  4. 1 finely chopped onion
  5. 1 finely chopped capsicum
  6. 2 teaspoon oregano
  7. 1 tablespoon oil
  8. 1 small bowl of grated cheese
  9. 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  10. 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  11. 1 taste maker packet

Instructions

  1. Cut out the bread slices in circles and flatten it using a roller.
  2. Grease the cupcake mould with oil and place the flattened slices in each of the mould
  3. Boil the Maggie in 3 cups of water.
  4. In a pan heat some oil.
  5. Now add onions and saute till it turns transparent
  6. Now add the tomatoes and capsicum
  7. Once the vegetables are cooked add the chilli powder, oregano, taste maker, ketchup and stir well for 2 minutes
  8. Now add the boiled maggi and turn off the gas
  9. Next place this mixture in the cupcake mould over the slices of bread.
  10. Put the grated cheese over the mixture and sprinkle some oregano over it.
  11. Now place this tray inside a preheated OTG (preheated for 5 minutes) for 7 minutes at 200° Celsius (keep the setting at toaster function) .Your Maggi Bread Cups are ready.
