Healthy Egg Maggi Noodle

Ingredients to make Healthy Egg Maggi Noodle

  • Maggi Noodles – 75 gm
  • oil – 1 table spoon
  • egg – 1
  • onion – 20 gm
  • cauliflower – 20 gm
  • capsicum – 20 gm
  • Green peas nut – 20 gm
  • green coriander leaves – 1 spring
  • Maggi taste maker
  • Maggi Hot & Sweet ketchup - 2 tea spoon
  • black pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
  • salt – as per taste
  • water – 1 glass or as per required

How to make Healthy Egg Maggi Noodle

  1. Wash & cut the cauliflower, capsicum & green coriander leaves. Cut the onion.
  2. In deep utensil pour a 1 glass water & then add Noodles and boiled till half cooked. Switch off the gas drain all the water from noodle through Sieve and pour cold water on noodle because noodle can’t stick each other.
  3. Heat a kadhai on slow gas flame add oil then add onion fry till light golden brown.
  4. Then add cauliflower, capsicum, green peas nuts, salt mix it well & cooked till soft.
  5. Into the above vegetable add Maggi Noodles, Maggi taste maker, Maggi Hot & Sweet ketchup mix it & pour beaten egg mix well again. After 2 min. Switch off the gas sprinkle the black pepper powder & garnish green coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with decorative egg.
