It's one time meal solution sometimes for kids. My 1 year and 8 months grandson love it saying " some more".

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Broccoli 1 cup
  2. Spinach leaves chopped fine 1/2 cup
  3. Cooked Rice 1/2 cup
  4. Cooked daal ( any or mixed) 1 tbsp
  5. Ajwain 1/8 tsp
  6. Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  9. Chill powder 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tsp
  12. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  13. Wheat flour 1 cup
  14. Ragi flour 1/2 cup
  15. Oil to add in flour 1 tsp
  16. Oil / butter to stir fry Broccoli 1/2 tsp
  17. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Saute Broccoli in butter. Add all masala and saute. Add Spinach.
  2. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Let it cool
  3. Mash cooked rice and daal. Mix with sauteed Broccoli mixture.
  4. Adjust all masala, make balls of required size. Keep aside.
  5. Make a dough of wheat flour and Ragi flour. Make a tight dough.
  6. Heat a griddle, roll chapati and stuff with Broccoli, Rice and daal mixture.
  7. Roll paratha and roast with applying oil/ butter.
  8. You can roast without oil also and than apply butter.
  9. Serve with Tomato ketchup or raita of your kids choice.
