ABOUT Mooli and Carrot Paratha RECIPE

Paratha with stuffing of grated reddish and Carrot to develop different tastes at an early age to your kids.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Radish grated 3/4 Cup
  2. Carrot grated 3/4 Cup
  3. Roasted gram flour 2 tsp
  4. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  5. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  6. Chill powder to taste
  7. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  8. Sesame seeds roasted 1 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
  10. Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Wheat flour. 1 cup
  13. Oil 1 tbsp
  14. Oil / butter for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Add salt to grated radish. Mix, keep for sometime.
  2. Grate Carrot, squeeze out water from radish.
  3. Mix Carrot, Radish, gram flour and all masala.
  4. Make balls of stuffing.
  5. Knead wheat flour by adding 2 tsp oil.
  6. Heat a griddle. Roll a roti, stuff with prepared stuffing.
  7. Roast by applying oil on both the sides.
  8. Serve with cucumber raita / curd or Tomato ketchup.
