ABOUT Maggi Noodle 'Bun' Sandwich RECIPE

A simple sandwich that has no bread. The top and bottom are made from MAGGI!

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Maggi 2 cakes
  2. Egg 1
  3. Assorted Vegetables(Broccoli, peppers, carrots, french beans, spring onion, mushrooms, baby corn, pink and green cabbage) 1 1/2 cup
  4. Vinegar 1 tsp
  5. Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  6. Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
  7. Garlic 2-3 pods
  8. Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
  9. Salt 1 tsp
  10. Pepper 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. To make the bun, first cook the noodles as per the package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. Beat one egg and add the noodles. Mix well with 1 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper powder.
  3. Divide the mixture equally in two parts. Spread it to a flat disc and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from refrigerator and place on non-stick pan. Pour little oil and cook the disc till crisp and light brown on both sides.
  5. To make the filling, chop the vegetables into pieces of 1 inch. Heat sesame oil in a wide pan.
  6. Add minced garlic and saute till the raw flavor vanishes. Then add all the vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Also add soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Mix well and remove from heat.
  8. To assemble, place one noodle bun, spread some chilli sauce on it, then the filling and finally the other noodle bun. Enjoy Maggi Sandwich!
