ABOUT Maggi sizzler RECIPE

Memories- the sizzler which we used to eat in the hotel is now in a new form at home

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 pack Maggie
  2. 1/2 red bell pepper (cut in cubes)
  3. 1/2 yellow bell pepper (cut in cubes)
  4. 1/2 capsicum (cut in cubes)
  5. 1 Tbsp Oil
  6. 1/4 cup spinach leaves
  7. 4 pieces baby corn sliced
  8. French fries
  9. Two cubes of paneer
  10. Salt
  11. Chilli flakes one pinch
  12. Chat masala one pinch
  13. Cabbage leaves for sizzler base

Instructions

  1. Boil the maggi don't add taste maker
  2. Pour some oil in the pan
  3. Put baby corn, bell peppers, capsicum and salt
  4. Saute
  5. Then add spinach, taste maker, boiled maggi
  6. Mix well
  7. Keep aside
  8. Fry french fries
  9. Add salt, chat masala, chilli flakes to paneer cubes
  10. Mix well
  11. And fry in the pan
  12. Keep the sizzler plate on the gas
  13. Place the plate on the sizzler plate as soon as it becomes hot
  14. Place the cabbage leaves on it and cover it
  15. Plating-
  16. Keep the ready Maggi in the microwave for 1 minute
  17. Then place it on the sizzler plate on one side
  18. Place hot fries on other side
  19. Keep the grilled paneer on the maggi
  20. Serve hot
