Ingredients to make Maggi cheese onion canopy

  • For 4 canopies,1 Maggi packet with Maggi masala
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables nicely chopped
  • 1/4 cup boiled boneless shreded chicken
  • 1 small sized onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp nicely chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp nicely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 and 1/4 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp oil for cooking
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 big size onion cut into half
  • 2 tsp boiled and fried Maggi
  • some coriander, red chilli flakes and black pepper powder to sprinkle over it as per taste

How to make Maggi cheese onion canopy

  1. First boil Maggi full packet with Maggi masala and peanut butter and mix well and keep aside it.
  2. Now take oil in nonstick pan, add chopped onion when translucent add chopped ginger and garlic after a min add mixed chopped vegetables in it and saute it for 2 min now add boiled and shredded chicken in it and mix well.
  3. After a min add chilli powder, black pepper and salt in it and mix well, after a min add already boiled and mix with masala and peanut butter Maggi mixture in it and mix well and cook again for 1 or 2 min.
  4. when all done keep aside it for cool to mix cheese in it.
  5. when it cool and after adding some cheese in it, take big sized onion cut into half,all shells out from it remaining only two shells in it.
  6. Now take spoonful of Maggi and chicken cheese mixture set in onions canopies,spread some cheddar cheese, black pepper over it and bake it for 10-15 min at 180-190*c in preheated oven to melt and colour change of cheese.
  7. Do this with all bake and serve it hot and with ketchup.
  8. sprinkle some coriander,chilli flakes and boiled and fried Maggi over it for more taste.

My Tip:

Add cheese when Maggi mixture cools.
