Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. maida - 1 cup
  2. Ripe bananas - 2
  3. sugar - 1/2 cup
  4. butter - 100 gms
  5. Whipped cream for icing
  6. Chocolate Syrup as required


  1. Mix sugar and butter, beat it thoroughly.
  2. Strain three times: maida, coco powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Grind the Banana in a mixer.
  4. Fold in all the 3 mixtures prepared above. Let it rest for 10 minutes, mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake for 30 - 35 minutes. When it is done, cool on a wire rack.
  6. When cool, divide it in two layers, pour sugar syrup then spread whipped cream, chocolate sauce. Decorate with little heart biscuit kids love this cake.
