Ingredients: Maida - 1 cup; Ripe Bananas - 2; sugar - 1/2 cup; Butter - 100 gms; Whipped cream for icing; Chocolate Syrup as required

Maida - 1 cup
Ripe Bananas - 2
sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter - 100 gms
Whipped cream for icing
Chocolate Syrup as required

Instructions

Mix sugar and butter, beat it thoroughly.
Strain three times: maida, coco powder, baking powder and baking soda.
Grind the Banana in a mixer.
Fold in all the 3 mixtures prepared above. Let it rest for 10 minutes, mix in the vanilla extract.
Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake for 30 - 35 minutes. When it is done, cool on a wire rack.
When cool, divide it in two layers, pour sugar syrup then spread whipped cream, chocolate sauce. Decorate with little heart biscuit kids love this cake.
