Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg Kohlrabi greens (or spinach)
  2. 1 tbsp mustard oil
  3. a pinch of hing
  4. 2 dry red chillies slit
  5. salt
  6. 1.5 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker and when it starts to smoke add salt and hing. The oil will foam, don't worry and add water to it when.
  2. Add spinach and stir. Add more water if necessary. Pressure cook for one whistle.
  3. Run the cooker under water for a few minutes to cool it down. Release the pressure immediately so the color doesn’t fade.
  4. Add the red chillies to it and cook for an additonal five minutes. Adjust seasoning
  5. Serve hot with rice
