  • 1 cup low fat curds (dahi), beaten
  • 4 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
