ABOUT Maggi dosa pizza RECIPE

This is an innovative and delicious recipe of maggi used in a pizza with base made of dosa batter. You can serve this for breakfast, brunch or as an evening snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Dosa batter
  2. 1 cake maggi noodles and tastemaker
  3. 1 onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tomato finely chopped and deseeded
  5. ¼ cup chopped cucumber
  6. ¼ cup boiled sweet corn
  7. ½ cup grated cheese
  8. ½ cup chopped coriander leaves
  9. ½ cup tomato sauce
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pepper powder to taste
  12. Garam masala powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups water in a pan, add tastemaker and maggi noodles to it and cook for a couple of minutes till the noodles are cooked.
  2. Allow the noodles to cool down completely.
  3. Now heat a non stick tava in medium flame, sprinkle a few drops of water and then pour a small ladle of dosa batter.
  4. Top it with some chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, corn, coriander leaves and maggi noodles.
  5. Season it with a pinch of salt, pepper powder and garam masala powder and sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Close a lid and let it cook in low flame for 1 or 2 minutes and then transfer to a plate.
  7. In the same way make the remaining dosa pizzas.
  8. Garnish with tomato sauce and serve hot.
