Maggi Cookie

Ingredients to make Maggi Cookie

  • maida 1 cup
  • powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  • Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
  • Milk 2 tsp
  • Vanilla extract 2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch salt
  • Maggi noodles few pieces

How to make Maggi Cookie

  1. Microwave butter for few seconds until soft.
  2. Dry roast the maggi pieces.
  3. Combine butter and sugar in a bowl and mix well until fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla extract and milk to the above mixture. Now preheat the microwave at 180°C.
  5. Combine salt, maida and baking powder in another bowl.
  6. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and few pieces of maggi and mix well.
  7. Form balls out of the mixture and flatten a bit.
  8. Place the balls on microwave safe tray and top with maggi and then microwave for 5 minutes.

My Tip:

If the mixture is bit sticky either add more maida or keep it in refrigerator for few minutes.
