Ingredients to make Yummy Cheese Maggi

  • Maggie (Noodles)- 200 gm
  • garlic Powder- 1 Tea spoon
  • Chilli Flakes - 1 tea spoon
  • turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • cabbage (Diced)- 1/2 cup
  • onion - 1/2 cup
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup (boiled)
  • Yellow, Red & Green Bell paper (diced)- 1 cup
  • tomato- 1/2 cup
  • Baby corn - 5 piece ( Diced)
  • Taste maker
  • Soya Sauce- 1/2 cup
  • chilli Sauce - 1/2 cup
  • tomato sauce - 1 cup
  • Cheese - 1 cup (Grated)
  • paneer - 1 cup (Diced)
  • oil - 2 table spoon
  • salt (According to taste)

How to make Yummy Cheese Maggi

  1. Boil water and add MAGGIE with taste maker. Allow the maggi to cook.
  2. Take a pan & add oil
  3. Add cabbage, onion, red -yellow-green bell paper & boiled peas and tomato
  4. Saute this on medium to high flame
  5. Add garlic powder, chilli flakes, turmeric and salt
  6. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and baby corn. Then saute this and add paneer
  7. Now add Maggi to this mixture and cook for a few minutes
  8. Garnish with cheese
