ABOUT Maggi Triple Schezwan RECIPE

A very favourite of noodle lovers Triple Schezwan. So why should Maggi miss this dish .I made this vegetarian with the new Maggi Range - Maggi Hot Heads Green chilli,fried schezwan rice, paneer & veggies to top with an option of a microwave fried egg.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet Maggi Hot Head Green Chilli
  2. 1 small cup par boiled rice
  3. 100 grams paneer
  4. 1 medium capsicum
  5. 2-4 pieces Baby corn
  6. 1 Medium Carrot
  7. 1 small green onion
  8. 1 tspn crushed garlic
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tspn red chilli kashmiri powder
  11. 1/4 tspn bush red color
  12. An egg optional
  13. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  14. 1 tspn chilli sauce
  15. 2 tbsp oil
  16. 1 tspn

Instructions

  1. Boil the Maggi keeping aside some to fry later
  2. Boil till dry
  3. Add tastemaker to boiling maggi
  4. Chop veggies long
  5. Cut paneer long too and saute with veggies and keep aside
  6. Now parboil rice and keep aside
  7. Heat oil in a pan, add crushed garlic
  8. Add seasoning salt red chilli powder and red color, saute well
  9. Now in a transparent bowl pile up the rice noodles and veggies
  10. Layer rice at the bottom
  11. Then layer the boiled Maggi
  12. Top with veggies an paneer
  13. Heat some oil and fry some maggi plain to garnish on top and give crunch
  14. Egg lovers- please top the dish with a half fried egg.
  15. Serve hot enjoy with other sauces of choice
