Ingredients to make Veg Maggi Biriyani

  • Maggi boiled - 1 kg
  • tomato pieces - 1 cup
  • capsicum pieces- 1 cup
  • onion pieces- 2 cups
  • coriander chopped- 4 spoons
  • whole garam masala - 1/4 cup
  • bay leaf - 1/4 cup
  • ghee - 6 spoons
  • salt - to taste

How to make Veg Maggi Biriyani

  1. Heat a big size kadhai on the stove and add ghee, whole garam masala and onions
  2. medium fry the onions and then add tomato, bay leaf, salt, capsicum and fry for 5 mins
  3. then add boiled maggi and in another five mins hot maggi biriyani is ready to serve in hot plates
