Ingredients to make Strawberry Yogurt Popsicle

  • 6 tbsp Strawberry Compote
  • 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup or honey
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanila Extract

How to make Strawberry Yogurt Popsicle

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  2. Fill each popsicle mold with 1 tbsp of the strawberry compote.
  3. Then place 2-3 tbsp of the whisked Greek yogurt mixture on top.
  4. Set the popsicle mold in the frame and set in the freezer. After 2 hours, when it's slightly set, take it out and insert the stick in the center.
  5. Freeze them overnight or till completely frozen.

My Tip:

If you don't have a compote then just combine strawberry pieces with 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup and 1 tsp lemon juice in a food processor and grind to make a puree. You can also use this puree for making popsicle.
