Instant Jalebi

Ingredients to make Instant Jalebi

  • 1 cup maida
  • 4 tsp cornflour
  • 1/3 cup curd
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cup oil and 1/2 ghee
  • For syrup:
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 small pic lemon

How to make Instant Jalebi

  1. Take a bowl, add maida, cornflour, curd and make a paste and keep aside.
  2. Now take pan add sugar, a small lemon piece and water and make sugar syrup. Remove lemon from the syrup when water starts boiling. This will make syrup crystal clear.
  3. Now take batter, add baking powder and mix well. take a piping bag or milk packet and put batter in it.
  4. Take a flat pan and add oil and ghee and put to medium flame. Drop Jalebi batter making Jalebi shape on to the hot oil. FRY till light brown and immediately remove and put into sugar syrup.
  5. Lift Jalebis after 1/2 min from the syrup.
