Dahi ka paratha for breakfast, lunch or dinner. serve with aloo ki sabji.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For paratha--wheat flour 4 cup
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. For filling---hung curd 2 cup
  5. finely chopped onion1/1/2 tbsp
  6. boiled potato 1 larze
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chili powder 2 tsp
  9. coriander powder 1 tbsp
  10. garam masala powderd 1 tsp
  11. Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  12. Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Knead the soft dough with adding the 1 tsp salt and milk keep a side cover with muslin cloth .
  2. take a mixing bowl mix curd, boiled potato, onion, green chili, red chili, coriander, garam masala, keep aside the mixture.
  3. divide dough in small size ball,roll ball by rolling pin spread stuffing of curd on paratha ,then take another ball of dough roll by rolling pin and now cover the paratha with this plain paratha then roll out the paratha
  4. roast your paratha on a pan by applying ghee,oil or olive oil until paratha become golden and crispy. .
  5. serve hot with your favorite sabji or aloo ki plain sabji.
