Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. one cup thick curd
  2. 6 Bread Slices
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black pepper powder half tb
  5. Chopped coriander leaves
  6. Half Capsicum fine chopped
  7. Tomato half fine chopped
  8. Cucumber half fine chopped
  9. Chilli flakes 1/4 tb
  10. For Tadka
  11. One tb oil
  12. Mustrad seeds one tb
  13. curry leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix curd with all the chopped veggies
  2. Add salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes
  3. Apply ready curd mixture on three breads
  4. Cover with another three breads
  5. On tawa or griddle add some oil or butter
  6. Add Mustrad seeds and Curry leaves
  7. Keep ready sandwich on ready tadka
  8. Once one side of sandwich turn golden brown
  9. Flip on another side and toast
  10. In serving plate take the ready sandwich and cut in pieces
  11. And garnish with curd mixture and Curry leaves
  12. Enjoy
