Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups thick poha
  2. 2 cups curd ( not too thick, add a little water if needed )
  3. Salt, according to taste
  4. 2 medium green chillies
  5. coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take curd and add little water. Don't make it too thin.
  2. Soak poha in water (Don't soak too much. Add little water and remove from water at the same time)
  3. Add the poha in above curd mixture.
  4. Add salt and green chillies.
  5. Sprinkle coriander leaves.
  6. Can be served cold too (As curd will be cold)
