Ingredients to make Shrikhand

  • 4 cups hung curd
  • 21/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1 tbs cardamon powder
  • 1/2 tbsp saffron

How to make Shrikhand

  1. Soak the saffron in milk and keep aside
  2. Take hung curd in a big bowl and add sugar powder and beat for 5-6 minutes
  3. Add safforn
  4. Add cardomon powder
  5. Keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours
  6. Sprinkle some elachi powder and some saffron for garishing
  7. Serve chilled
