ABOUT Grilled vegetable RECIPE

A TREAT FOR VEGETARIANS, Marinate your vegetables with Curd, salt, turmeric, chilli, ginger and garlic and just grill.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Broccoli chopped 1 cup
  2. French beans chopped 1/2 cup
  3. Sweet beans dethreaded 1 /2 cup
  4. capsicum 1 big.
  5. cabbage chopped in big chunks 1/2 cup
  6. carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  7. curd thick 3/4 cup
  8. garlic crushed 1 tsp
  9. ginger grated 1 tsp
  10. Salt, turmeric, chilli to taste.
  11. lemon juice 1 tsp
  12. Olive oil / butter 2 tsp
  13. Dried herbs of your choice ( Oregano, parsley etc.) 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash all vegetables and let them dry a little.
  2. Marinate with the above ingredients mentioned.
  3. Keep in fridge for 20 minutes. (more the marination, better the taste). Now add in Olive oil.
  4. Grill in a preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. And your healthy dish is ready.
