ABOUT Dhokla muffins RECIPE

Curd based breakfast muffins with curd topping, a totally new dish and an absolute delight to the palate.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Curd - 1/2 cup
  2. Basan - 1 cup
  3. Beetroot juice- 1/4 cup
  4. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Lime juice - 1 tsp
  8. sugar - 1 tsp
  9. Salt - 1 tsp
  10. Oil- 1 tbsp
  11. For topping
  12. Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  13. Cream - 1/4 cup
  14. Lime juice - 1/2 tsp
  15. sugar - 1tsp
  16. Crush pepper - 1/4 tsp
  17. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients
  2. Then add all the wet ingredients and beat to make fluffy.
  3. Pour the mix into the muffins cups and bake in water bath or steam it for 15 minutes.
  4. Top the prepared muffins with sour cream and serve.
