Dahi papdi chat

Ingredients to make Dahi papdi chat

  • maida 2 cups
  • oil 5 tablespoon
  • curd 2 cups
  • Meethi saunth 1/2 cup
  • Haree chutney 1/3 cup
  • cumin powder 2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • Red pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • water as required
  • oil for fry
  • Garam masala 2 teaspoon

How to make Dahi papdi chat

  1. First of all we need a bowl and will put maida in it after that put oil and salt and mix it well. Now with the help of water kneed a smooth dough and keep it aside.
  2. Now take the dough and kneed once again and make small balls out of it.
  3. Now take rolling pin and roll small chapatis out of that dough balls. Now with the help of a fork just tap onto it so the extra air comes out.
  4. Now take a pan and heat oil in it and deep fry the chapatis it till they get a light golden colour and your papdis are ready.
  5. Now take a bowl and add curd into it. Add salt and garam masala, now put those papdis in it and take it out and crush it in a plate
  6. Now put lots of curd into it and add saunth, chutney, pepper, cumin powder and salt. Your dahi papdi chaat is ready.
