Bread pizza is an easy DIY pizza recipe where, you can get creative with the ingredients and toppings with readily available kitchen ingredients. A super yummy quick fix dish. For a healthy alternative, I used wholemeal bread as pizza base.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the base:
  2. Wholemeal breads - 4 cut to any shape
  3. butter - 4 tsp
  4. Pizza sauce - few tsp
  5. For the toppings: (combination of your choice)
  6. Salami of your choice - 4 to 8 (Slices)
  7. onions - 1 finely chopped
  8. tomato - 1 finely chopped
  9. capsicum - 1 finely chopped
  10. Fresh corn - 1/2 cup
  11. Pre cooked mushroom - 5 finely chopped
  12. Blanched Broccoli - 2 to 3 floretsfinely chopped
  13. Black olive slices - 1 tbsp
  14. Cheddar cheese - 2 tbsp
  15. Mozzarella cheese - 2 tbsp
  16. Red chilly flakes - 2 to 3 tsp
  17. salt - according to taste


  1. Cut the bread slice to desired shape. Mix butter and pizza sauce, apply a thin layer to each slice.
  2. Cut the desired combination of topping to small pieces. Mix them together except the cheese.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 15 minutes. Arrange the bread slices on baking tray. Put a spoon full of toppings on each slice. Drizzle cheese on top.
  4. Bake in oven till the cheese melts and turns light brown in colour.
