ABOUT Veggie Salad RECIPE

Fresh veggie salad, so refreshing and scrumptious and super healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cucumber - 1 sliced
  2. Carrot - 1 sliced
  3. Capsicum - 1 sliced
  4. Green lettuce - 3 whole leaves and 1 chopped
  5. Onion - 1 cut into rings
  6. Tomato - 1 cut into round
  7. Salt to taste
  8. lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  9. Peppercorns cracked - ¼ tsp
  10. Mixed herbs - ¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a serving plate and lay 2-3 whole green lettuce.
  2. In the mixing bowl add the veggies, lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix them well.
  3. Layer the veggies over the whole lettuce.
  4. Garnish with cracked peppercorns and mixed herbs and serve.
