ABOUT Granola yogurt parfait RECIPE

The healthy combination of yogurt and granola is a delicious breakfast for a power-packed start to the day

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Granola:
  2. 1/ 2 cup quick oats
  3. 1/2 cup mixed seeds- sunflower, pumpkin, melon, flax, sesame
  4. 1 tbsp peanut butter
  5. 1/4 cup Honey
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. 2 tbsp olive oil
  8. For parfait layers:
  9. 1.5 cups hung curd
  10. choice of garnish

Instructions

  1. For granola: Preheat oven to 150 degrees C
  2. Mix oats and seeds and spread evenly on a baking tray. Toast for 10 min stirring in between
  3. Mix the peanut butter, oil, honey and salt in a bowl and spread on top of the oats
  4. Mix thoroughly and put in oven again for 5-6 minutes
  5. For assembly: In a glass or jar, add granola to make first layer. Then add the hung curd.
  6. Layer again until jar is full.
  7. Garnish as desired
