Mix Salad

Ingredients to make Mix Salad

  • boiled green peas 1 tbsp
  • boiled and cut in cubes 1 beetroot
  • spinach chopped 4-5 leaves
  • cucumber 1 cut in cubes
  • tomato 1 deseeded and cut into cubes
  • onion half cut into cubes
  • watermelon 4-5 pieces cubed
  • apple 4-5 pieces cubed
  • half scooped muskmelon outer part
  • for dressing of salad ---
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp

How to make Mix Salad

  1. mix all the veggies and fruits
  2. In a small bowl take olive oil
  3. add black pepper, salt, sugar and chaat masala and the dressing is ready
  4. pour this on the salad
  5. just toss it with forks
  6. put this salad in outer cover of a musk melon
  7. keep in fridge for ten minutes and serve

My Tip:

You can add any veges and fruits of your choice
