Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated cucumber 1
  2. Fine diced cucumber 1
  3. Yogurt 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. For spice mix roast jeera 1 tsp, mustard seeds 1 tsp, hing a pinch, and one tsp of dry mango powder

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped and diced cucumbers to the yogurt. Let it rest for a few minutes.
  2. It will become a bit watery
  3. Then add salt to taste and one tsp of spice mix
  4. Adjust seasoning
  5. Serve cold
