Green papaya is a powerful fruit full of essential nutrients and enzymes to promote digestive health. Consumption of raw papaya could help maintain blood sugar level and cholesterol because of the high fiber content, thereby keeping a check on diabetes

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One Green Raw Papaya
  2. One tomato
  3. Juice of 2 Lemons
  4. Few Peanuts and Coarse powder of peanuts
  5. Cane Sugar 2 Teaspoons
  6. Salt for taste
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Garlic cloves 3 to 4
  9. One Fresh Red chilli

Instructions

  1. First wash the Green Papaya and peel it.
  2. Cut it into long strips in food processor or with knife
  3. Crush one red chilli and 3 to 4 garlic cloves together.
  4. Take a bowl to prepare dressing, add crushed garlic and chilli in it
  5. Then add lemon juice and 2 Teaspoons cane sugar in it.
  6. Add salt for taste
  7. Add coarse peanut powder and few peanuts in it
  8. Mix it well and add grated Papaya in it
  9. Add some coriander leaves in it
  10. Add tomato slices in it
  11. Mix the salad well with the help of two forks.
  12. Now it is ready to serve.
