Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Water melon pieces 1 cup
  2. Boiled soyabeans 1/2 cup
  3. Salt per taste
  4. Lemon juice 4 teaspoons
  5. Black pepper powder 1/2 powder
  6. Boiled beetroot juice 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add watermelon pieces, boiled soyabeans as shown in the picture.
  2. Add salt, pepper powder and lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle and garnish your salad with boiled beetroot juice.
