Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chocolate biscuits 1 packet
  2. Cheese 250 gm
  3. Hung curd 1 cup
  4. Yellow food colour
  5. Pine apple juice
  6. Powdered sugar 1 cup
  7. Condensed milk
  8. Fresh fruits for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take biscuits in a bag and beat it with rolling pin till it becomes crumb like
  2. Add condensed milk and knead it into tight dough
  3. Take cheese and curd in a bowl. Whisk well
  4. Add powdered sugar and whisk well
  5. Add half cup pine apple juice and food color and whisk well
  6. Set in a baking tray with biscuits below and cheese cake mixture on top
  7. Garnish with pineapple sauce and fresh fruits
  8. Serve chilled
