Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. paneer 200 g
  2. onion 1
  3. curd beaten 1/2 cup
  4. cashew nuts 10
  5. jeera seeds 1/2 tsp
  6. saunf 1 tsp
  7. kalonji 1/4 tsp
  8. methi dana 1/4 tsp
  9. sarso dana 1/2 tsp
  10. salt to taste
  11. red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  12. haldi 1/4 tsp
  13. garam masala 1/4 tsp
  14. chat masala 1/2 tsp
  15. thick green chillies 2 - 3
  16. capsicum 1/2 cups
  17. milk 1/2 cup
  18. cream 1/4 cup


  1. Mix cashew nut with curd and blend it in a mixer.keep aside
  2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add all the whole Achari masala ( saunf, jeera, mathi Dana, sarsoo, kalonji). Let it splutter.
  3. Add onions, cook till transparent. Add all the dry masala, along with 2 tbsp water.
  4. Add the curd, cashew paste. Cover with lid and leave for 2-3 minutes. Add the green chillies and capsicum. Cook till the curd is little dry. Add 1/4 cup of water. Add paneer pieces. Add in the milk. Add in the cream. Add garam masala and chat masala.
