ABOUT MIXED FRUITS SALAD WITH HONEY AND VANILLA YOGURT RECIPE

The healthy breakfast bowl with mixed fresh fruits like apple, green grapes, pomegranate and dates mixed with yogurt dressing and flavored with vanilla.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Apple 1
  2. Green grapes 1 cup
  3. Chopped dates 1 cup
  4. Pomegranate 1/2 cup
  5. Papaya 1/2 cup
  6. Thick curd / yogurt 5 tbsp
  7. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  8. Honey 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the fruits well, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Take all the fruits in a wide bowl.
  2. In another bowl, take curd or yogurt. Add vanilla essence and honey to it and mix well.
  3. Pour this curd into the bowl with fruits and mix with a spoon.
  4. The yummy, healthy mixed fruits salad is ready.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
