Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Button mushrooms - 200 gms
  2. onion - 1
  3. capsicum - 1
  4. Red bell pepper - 1
  5. Yellow bell pepper - 1
  6. salt according to taste
  7. MDH meat masala (meat masala is always veg.*)
  8. lemon - 1


  1. Wash the button mushrooms with hot water.
  2. Add 1/2 tbsp of salt in it and 2 tbsp of meat masala in it and mix it well
  3. Put the mushrooms to marinate in refrigerator for 5 minutes
  4. Now chop the capsicum, onion and bell peppers.
  5. After 5 minutes, take out the mushrooms and mix it with chopped vegetables.
  6. You can use wooden skewers as other ones are too big for air fryer.
  7. Arrange the mushrooms in wooden skewers and place them on air fryer container.
  8. Place the vegetables on foil paper in the same container below the skewers .
  9. Air fry all for 5 minutes at 150 degree
  10. Take out and squeeze the lemon on it
  11. Serve hot !
