ABOUT Kimchi Spiced Vegetables RECIPE

This is traditional fermented Korean side dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings. In traditional preparation, kimchi was stored underground in jars to keep cool during the summer months. Made of various vegetables, it contains a high concentration of dietary fiber while being low in calories.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh Mushroom halved - 50 gms
  2. Gochujang - 1 tsp
  3. Kimchi chopped - 70 gms
  4. Pure Sesame oil - 1/2 tsp
  5. Refined Soyabean oil - 1 tsp
  6. Spring onions green part chopped - 1
  7. Sugar powdered - 1 tbsp
  8. Silken Tofu small cubes - 50 gms
  9. Vegetable Stock - 150 ml
  10. White onion sliced - 40 gms

Instructions

  1. Add Refined Soyabean Oil to a heated pan
  2. Add chopped Kimchi along with Kimchi Juice
  3. Add sliced White Onion
  4. Add Gochujang, Sugar, and Mushrooms 
  5. Add Vegetables Stock 
  6. Close the lid of the pot and boil for two minutes 
  7. Add Tofu and boil 
  8. Add Spring Onions 
  9. Add Pure Sesame Oil and serve
