Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken 200 gms
  2. rice 2 cups
  3. Yellow, red, green bell pepper, cut in long pieces 1 cup
  4. cabbage 1/2 cup
  5. Spring onion 1 cup
  6. Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  7. ginger minced 1 tablespoon
  8. garlic minced 1 tablespoon
  9. oil for frying
  10. cornflour 3 tablespoon
  11. All purpose flour (maida) 1 tablespoon
  12. salt to taste
  13. Red chilli sauce 2 teaspoon
  14. Green chilli sauce 2 teaspoon
  15. Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoons
  16. vinegar 2 teaspoon
  17. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash rice properly​ and soak for 30 mins, after 30 mins boil water in big vessel add salt, 1 teaspoon of oil, add soaked rice and cook well.
  2. Then drain the rice and keep it a side.
  3. Take boneless chicken, cut it into small pieces and clean it well.
  4. Now in one mixing bowl take corn flour, all purpose flour (maida), salt, ginger, garlic paste, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 teaspoon red and green chili sauce, crushed black pepper, add water and make a thick paste.
  5. Now add chicken pieces into that batter and mix well.
  6. Then heat oil in a pan, when oil is hot add chicken piece one by one, deep fry it on a low flame until chicken is done. Deep fry all the chicken pieces.
  7. Then in a big wok heat oil, add minced ginger garlic and cook for a while, after that add cabbage, half cup spring onions, bell peppers and stir fry on high flame for a minute, then add fried chicken pieces and soy sauce, red, green chili sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
  8. Add cooked rice mix well and cook on a high flame for a minute.
  9. Chicken fried rice is ready garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
