ABOUT Fruit Raita RECIPE

As the name suggests it a mix of healthy fruits and yoghurt. It's a delicious, healthy and easy recipe. A perfect accompaniment to your staple meal.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms Thick Yoghurt/Curd
  2. 2-3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  3. 2 cups Chopped Mixed Fruits (banana, apples, grapes, pomegranate/anar, papaya etc.)
  4. 1/4 tsp Cardamom/Elachi Powder
  5. 2-3 tbsp Milk

Instructions

  1. Whisk yoghurt until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, elaichi powder and fruits to whisked yoghurt and give it a mix.
  3. Add milk if needed. Serve chilled.
