Creamy mango curd ice-cream is made with all natural ingredients! This mango fro-yo is so delicious and healthy, too.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 Cup Hung Curd/Yoghurt
  2. 1 Cup Homemade Paneer/ Cottage Cheese
  3. 1 tsp Cardamom Powder/Elachi Powder
  4. 2 tsp Icing Sugar
  5. 6 tsp Mango Juice
  6. 1 tsp Mango Jam
  7. 1 tsp Mixed Dryfruits

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix paneer and curd.
  2. Transfer it into a blending jar. Add icing sugar, mango juice, dryfruits and elachi powder and blend well.
  3. Transfer the mix into an Ice-cream mould or freezer-safe container
  4. Freeze for 10-12 hours. Garnish it with mango jam and is ready to serve.
