Blueberry Greek Tiramisu

Ingredients to make Blueberry Greek Tiramisu

  • 250gms Vanilla Sponge Cake
  • 100gms Strawberry Jelly
  • 15-20 Fresh Strawberry(partial ripe)
  • 2 Cups Blueberry Greek yoghurt
  • 1 Cup Vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 Cup Strawberry yoghurt
  • 100gms Whipped cream
  • 3-4 Kiwi Fruit slices

How to make Blueberry Greek Tiramisu

  1. Tear the half of vanilla sponge cake into large bite size pieces and divide them into 3 glasses.
  2. divide the strawberry yoghurt and layer it over the cake pieces in each glass.
  3. Now add a layer of whipped cream in each glasses and top with vanilla yoghurt.
  4. Again add the sponge cake crumbs over it.
  5. Add a thin layer of strawberry Jelly on it.
  6. Then add a thick layer of blueberry yoghurt on it.
  7. After that again add the whipped cream.
  8. Top it up with fresh Strawberry, Blueberries and Kiwi
  9. Serve chilled. Snacking on Yoghurt is good at times.

My Tip:

You can have as many layers desired but remember the quantity of sponge cake should be 30-40% of the Tiramisu size. Since Vanilla yoghurt and the sponge cake both are quite sweet, I choose Blueberry and strawberry to balance the taste.
