Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Chicken Breasts
  2. 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  3. 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  4. 1/2 Cup Chopped Paprika
  5. 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  6. 2 Chopped Green Chillies
  7. 1tbsp Dried Rosemary
  8. 1 Cup Hung Curd or yoghurt
  9. 1/2 Cup Full Cream
  10. 1tbsp Butter
  11. 1tbsp Olive Oil
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1tsp Black Pepper


  1. Heat up olive oil in a flat pan.
  2. Add butter and onion and cook till they become transparent.
  3. Add garlic and chicken breasts n cook it covered for 5 minutes from one side.
  4. Flip over it to cook the other side too.
  5. Now add paprika, green chillies, tomatoes and salt. Cover with a lid and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Now add whisk curd and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  7. Finally add rosemary, black pepper and cream and serve hot.
