Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1Cup Boiled chickpeas
  2. 1 Finely Chopped onion
  3. 1 Finely chopped tomato
  4. salt to taste
  5. 1/2tsp Black pepper Powder
  6. 1/2tsp Chaat masala
  7. 1tbsp lemon Juice
  8. 1-2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
  9. 1tbsp Corinadar leaves
  10. 1/2tsp jeera Powder
  11. 1tbsp Chopped Red and Yellow Bell pepper
  12. 2tbsp Chopped cucumber
  13. 6-7 mint leaves


  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomato, cucumber, onion, bell peppers, green chilies, lemon juice. Add the boiled chickpeas and season with salt, jeera powder, and chaat masala. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
